Power of Attorney may be filed after the filing of the application. A two months term will be granted to this effect. PoA should be signed in by the applicant, notarized and legalized by the Ecuadorian Consulate or by Apostille.

Assignment documents should be signed by the Assignor and Assignee, and notarized. Neither Consular nor Apostille legalization is required. If you use this form, there is no need of an additional power-of-attorney, as a proper authorization is included in the assignment form. However, to prosecute other cases in the name of the grantors, a separate Power of Attorney would be required.
